Beachland is going for its 4th edition this year on the Beach of Blankenberge next to the "Westerstaketsel" at the marina and this year Beachland is going full-force by adding some extra cool dj's and making the event near perfect!

Route

• Coming from Antwerp, take the N49/E34 'till knokke - follow the Elizabetlaan (N34) at the roundabout to Blankenberge/Oostende. In Blankenberge drive via de Kerkstraat, Zuidlaan and Vredelaan to Wenduine/Oostende. After the marina (on your right side), the party is also at the right side behind the dunes... (Wenduinsesteenweg/Bevrijdingsplein)
• Coming from Brussels/Gent, take the E40 'till Brugge. Follow the "expressroad N31/E403" via Brugge to the coast and via the N371 to Blankenberge; drive via de Kerkstraat, Zuidlaan and Vredelaan to Wenduine/Oostende. After the marina (on your right side), the party is also at the right side behind the dunes... (Wenduinsesteenweg/Bevrijdingsplein)

Parking

BEACHLAND has 2 official parkings:

• DB parking aan de haven in Blankenberge (closed from 2 AM - 7 AM) - so don't wait too long to pick up your car!!
• The Beachland parking in the soccerstadion "Jules Soete" (always possible to leave)

Busses

• Special arrangements for large groups with busses. Please contact info@beachland.be
• Busses can drop travellers at the special "kiss & drive"-zone at Bevrijdingsplein (next to the festival). Afterwards all busses need to park at the designated busses only-parking at Groenestraat in Blankenberge.

Public Transport

• There is a fast train service from all major cities to Blankenberge. At the railstation you can use the coast tram (de Lijn) to get to the festival. Use the trams to Wenduine/Oostende/De Panne. There's a tramstop at the entrance of the festival, called: “Wenduine - Harendijke”: there's no easier way to get there... check the NMBS-site or the site of De Lijn (Tram). The festival is located 1.5 km from the railway station.
• If you need transport from another city at the coast: please use the coast tram. There is a tram stop at the entrance of the festival: “Wenduine - Harendijke”: there's no easier way to get there... check the site of De Lijn (Tram)
• Buy your ticket for the coast tram with your cellphone
  De Lijn makes it easy for you, you can pay your ride with your cellphone. You buy an sms-ticket: a valid transport ticket for your ride with bus or tram over all of Flanders.
  
  The advantages of an sms-ticket:
  
  - an sms-ticket is cheaper than a ticket bought at the driver
  
  - no payment problems(exact change no longer required)
  
  - easier to get on the bus
  
  - busses & trams drive more fluently (no waiting at stops)
  
  How does it work?
  
  Who wants to buy an sms-ticket wil kopen, texts before he gets on an order code to the number 4884.
  
  For an sms-ticket of 60 minutes thats ‘DL’, for an sms-ticket of 120 minutes ‘DL120’. After a few seconds the traveler will recieve a confirmation message which is valid as transport ticket.
  
  During the validity of the sms-ticket  the traveler may get on and off without limits. If travel takes longer, one has to by a new sms-ticket or an other transport ticket.It is very important, just like other transport tickets of De Lijn, the customer has to buy his sms-ticket before getting on a transport.
  
  The last tram is just before/after the event, depending on the travelers destination.
  So be on time !

Important info: (only in Dutch)

Belangrijk om weten als je een ticket koopt voor Beachland:

• Drugs, alsook het meebrengen van eigen dranken zijn verboden.
• Uw ticket is enkel geldig op 07.07.2012 en geldt slechts voor 1 toegang tot het terrein van Beachland. Het ticket wordt noch geruild, noch terugbetaald.
• Bij betreding van het terrein moet dit ticket afgegeven worden ter controle.
• Eigen drank en eten, drugs en mogelijk gevaarlijke voorwerpen zijn verboden.
• Betreding van dit evenement impliceert mogelijke aftasting.
• De houder neemt op eigen risico deel aan dit evenement en ontslaat de organisatie van alle aansprakelijkheid. De houder verklaart zich akkoord met elke instructie die wordt opgelegd door de organisator in het kader van de openbare orde en de veiligheid tijdens het evenement.
• Beachland gaat door op het strand dus vragen wij de feesters om het terrein zo proper mogelijk te houden en het aangrenzende duingebied niet te betreden
• Wij raden iedereen aan om het openbaar vervoer (al dan niet samen met het uitgebreide camping-, hotel- en jeugdherbergen-aanbod in Blankenberge en aan de rest van de kust) te gebruiken om naar de party te komen. Er zijn voldoende grote parkings aan de rand van de badsteden met een vlotte bediening van de kusttram. Er is een halte van de kusttram aan het evenement (Wenduine - Harendijke)
  Ook het station van Blankenberge is op slechts 1,5 km van de party.
• Het is verboden aan derden om flyers te verdelen of posters op te hangen tijdens het evenement. Geen flyers op straat of op het terrein zelf
• Digitale fototoestellen en video camera's zijn toegelaten met uitzondering van professionele fototoestellen. U kan hiervoor toestemming vragen via info@beachland.be
• Wij vragen u om zoveel mogelijk filmpjes te maken en deze te posten op facebook, netlog en youtube!
• Niet toegelaten op het terrein: dieren, glas, flessen, drugs, eigen eten & dranken, wapens of scherpe voorwerpen (die als wapen gebruikt kunnen worden), alle andere gevaarlijke objecten, het maken van vuur en wildplassen
• De organisatie heeft het recht om mensen te weigeren of van het terrein te verwijderen indien zij bovenstaande regels niet respecteren.
• Bij ontvangst van het toegangsticket verklaart de houder zich akkoord dat hij tijdens het evenement kan gefilmd of gefotografeerd worden. Deze foto's of filmbeelden kunnen door de organisator gebruikt worden om promotie te voeren voor Beachland. Foto's of films die op het terrein genomen worden tijdens Beachland mogen niet voor commerciële of openbare doeleinden gebruikt worden, tenzij met schriftelijke toelating van de organisator.
• De organisator kan genoodzaakt zijn het programma of de uurregeling van het evenement te wijzigen. In dat geval blijft het ticket geldig en wordt het noch geruild, noch terugbetaald.
• De persoonlijke gegevens eventueel ontvangen bij de aankoop van het ticket kunnen later gebruikt worden voor promotionele doeleinden. Alle persoonlijke data van onze bestanden zijn conform de regelingen van de wet van 08/12/1992 betreffende de bescherming van de persoonlijke levenssfeer.
• Namaak van een toegangsticket wordt altijd juridisch vervolgd.
